About this role

Support project owners referred by financial institutions and partner companies as part of the regional alliance team. The main work is email-based communication and curation for crowdfunding project owners, including scheduling meetings through HubSpot, responding to questions after employee-led meetings, and providing advice based on current information and operating knowledge.

Monitor published projects and provide follow-up advice or messages by email or chat to help improve results. Respond to inquiries and share information with partner companies and local governments through Slack and applications. Depending on team needs, enter, organize, and update customer data in HubSpot; enter information into forms; assist with proposal materials; and handle routine administrative and data-management tasks.

Applicants need basic PC skills, including web search, email writing, and Google Workspace, along with careful written communication skills. Practical experience in customer support, sales administration, customer service, writing, or other work involving customer correspondence and document writing is required. Slack, HubSpot, crowdfunding, and fully remote work experience are preferred.

This is a part-time role, renewed every three months from the start date. Work is fully remote within Japan, with weekday shifts of at least four days and six hours per day. Working hours are between 10:00 and 19:00.
