It also involves introducing new technologies, conducting demonstration experiments, and helping establish reliability design standards for next-generation small satellites.

The work covers the satellite lifecycle from design through completion and involves creating products from the ground up. The role may include collaboration with countries in Europe, North America, Asia, Africa, and South America, as well as joint research and development projects with space agencies including ESA.
