Required: business-level English; a bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer science or similar; 5+ years in embedded-system hardware design; proficiency with Altium (or similar) for schematic/PCB layout; product-lifecycle and quality-management understanding; Linux development environment; safety/reliability-critical design; hardware interfaces/protocols (SPI, I2C); basic mechanical and thermal design. Preferred: 5+ years embedded hardware in railway/automotive/medical/aerospace. Full-time (English-speaking environment), based in Tatsumi, Koto-ku, Tokyo.
