The role owns requirements gathering with the client, aligning on training design, scheduling, coordinating with internal instructors and materials teams, and following through after delivery to confirm results and satisfaction. Responsibilities include client kickoffs, expectation-setting, schedule and task management, communication with client HR staff and site managers, issue handling and escalation, post-training review and improvement proposals, and surfacing opportunities for continued engagement to the sales team. Requires 2+ years of project-management experience that includes client negotiation, managing multiple stakeholders, and adjusting expectations with corporate clients. Preferred: experience in training/education/talent development, customer success, implementation support, sales, PM, or PMO roles, plus basic understanding of IT/DX/AI and experience supporting BtoB SaaS or other intangible corporate products. Full-time, based in Shibuya, Tokyo, with a hybrid remote/office arrangement available with manager approval and flexible working hours by arrangement. Annual salary is 6,000,000-10,000,000 JPY, including a fixed 45 hours of overtime pay, plus an individual-performance-based incentive paid twice a year.
