Responsibilities include participating in requirements definition, design, development, testing, release, and operations; configuring standard features; developing customizations using Apex and LWC; preparing design documents and test specifications; developing integrations with external systems; maintaining and extending existing environments; and assisting with coordination among internal and external stakeholders.
Applicants need either two to three years of system development experience using an object-oriented language, or two to three years of practical Salesforce experience, such as operations, maintenance, implementation support, or additional development. Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Agentforce; Apex or LWC development experience; CRM knowledge; and interest or knowledge in marketing are preferred.
This is a full-time role with a three-month probationary period. Annual salary is listed as JPY 5,000,000 to JPY 10,000,000, including 45 hours of fixed overtime. Working hours are 9:00 to 18:00 with a one-hour break. Remote work is available with manager approval.
