Build and operate Bluefield Cloud and related services, delivering features, improving performance and technical debt, and optimizing scalable, reliable Azure architecture.
Responsible for the design, development, and operation of Bluefield Cloud and related new services. Duties include defining requirements, designing, implementing, testing, and releasing new features; improving existing features; performance tuning; resolving technical debt; and improving architecture for scalability and reliability. The role also builds, operates, and optimizes Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, improves and automates development processes, provides technical support to team members, and reviews code.
Required experience includes C# and ASP.NET Core web application development, including REST API design and implementation and use of RDBs such as SQL Server. Candidates need database design and implementation experience using Entity Framework Core or similar tools, foundational understanding of object-oriented design and design patterns, cloud development experience with Azure or similar environments, automated-test implementation, Agile development experience, and English-language communication skills for team development. Japanese language ability is not required.
The position is full-time with a three-month probationary period. The office is in Minato, Tokyo. A flextime system without core hours is available, with standard working hours of eight hours, and a remote-work system is available.
