Infrastructure Engineer (Network) / Office Network Architect

This role sits within Dwango's network infrastructure team supporting KADOKAWA Group, focused on designing, building, and operating large-scale office networks used across KADOKAWA Group business sites. Responsibilities include office network design and construction for KADOKAWA Group, ongoing operation and improvement of the existing network, gathering requirements from network users and consulting with them, and coordinating with related departments, including managing network-related tasks within large-scale projects. Required experience: network infrastructure design/construction/operation on a team of four or more; wired and wireless office LAN design and operation; firewall-based access control; IP address/VLAN resource allocation; operating network equipment such as Cisco, Aruba, and Fortigate; understanding of L2/L3 technologies and network authentication used in office networks; engineering documentation and review (logical/physical design, procedures); and coordination with customers, other departments, and vendors. Preferred: team leadership experience; network construction for commercial facilities or manufacturing/logistics sites; UTM-based web filtering; network facility design (patch panels, cabling, power capacity) and instructing construction vendors; monitoring/automation platforms such as Zabbix. Employment is full-time with a 3-month probation period. Telework is promoted, with work possible from home and multiple locations, and a telework allowance is provided.
