This role serves as the primary IT support contact for Astroscale Japan employees, handling user inquiries and escalating issues as needed. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows 11, macOS, and company-issued mobile devices; administering the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune); managing user accounts, access permissions, and account lifecycle; deploying and configuring endpoint devices via Microsoft Autopilot and Intune; providing remote and on-site technical support; and performing IT asset management (device setup, imaging, deployment, replacement, disposal). The role reports to the Help Desk Manager and works closely with the Cybersecurity and Compliance team. Requirements include 3+ years of experience in IT help desk, desktop support, or end-user technology roles; hands-on experience with Jira Service Management and Confluence; proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Intune; strong OS troubleshooting skills for Windows 11 and macOS; experience with remote support tools (RDP, TeamViewer, LogMeIn or similar); a track record of managing ticket queues and meeting SLAs; and an associate-level degree/certification in IT or equivalent experience. The role involves a flexible shift model with approximately 50% onsite presence at the Tokyo headquarters. Candidates must have advanced bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 preferred).
