We are looking for System engineers with hands on server experience who can lead server and system migration/upgrade projects with little intervention from Senior Engineers.
About this role
This firm's software developers and project managers have built systems across the IT industry — security trading systems, quality-management, production-management, HR-management, information-management, billing/contract, time-tracking systems, and internet auction sites. As a Senior Software Developer and Software Project Manager you develop applications and collaborate with product development, QA, and project-management teams to create best-in-class applications; design and scope solutions that meet marketing and production requirements; and help define technical scope, risks, plans, and budgets. Full-time; Tokyo (bilingual work requirements).
Applicants need more than six years of experience, a bachelor's degree in a programming-related field, and advanced business-level Japanese and English. Japanese nationality or existing permission to work in Japan is required; the role does not promise visa sponsorship.
