Studist is hiring a Product Engineer for full-stack development of Teachme Process so the product can grow further. The team does not divide duties rigidly, so engineers can also try front-end, infrastructure and other areas according to experience and wishes.
The engineer draws out customer problems through conversation with customers, takes part in setting the product direction and prototyping, leads the whole process from design and development to release and later operation and improvement, designs and builds generative-AI applications, makes technology and architecture decisions, and builds and maintains tooling and platforms such as CI/CD and observability.
Applicants need experience finding product problems on their own and solving them with others, full-stack web development experience across several areas such as front end, back end, infrastructure and security, and experience handling design, development, testing and release from a specification. Preferred are experience building and operating AI-native products, practical work with TypeScript, Next.js, tRPC and Prisma, and improving team productivity by using AI in the development flow.
