UI Design
Design and improve UI/UX for official websites operated by Kadokawa Dwango Academy, including wireframes and prototypes.
Dwango's education business is hiring a Web Designer to plan and design UI/UX improvements for the official websites of Kadokawa Dwango Gakuen (school introduction, admissions-consideration funnels, form areas). Work includes: extracting issues from existing sites (drop-off points, navigation, information architecture, form-completion rates) and planning/executing improvements; creating wireframes, screen designs, prototypes and design-spec documentation; driving implementation-aware design with directors and marketers; maintaining and operating a design system/components with consistent experience across pages; running continuous improvement cycles based on qualitative/quantitative data; and creating banners, LPs and feature pages as needed. Required: 3+ years as a web or UI designer, end-to-end responsibility for information architecture/UI/visual design, hands-on Figma design/prototyping, design-spec creation and communication for engineer collaboration, logical thinking to structure and improve site issues, and interest in education. Welcome: large-site improvement, form optimization (EFO)/CVR/A-B testing, accessibility, design-system work, HTML/CSS/JS basics, CMS operation, and GA4/heatmap analysis. Discretionary work; remote available (including outside the Tokyo area). Business-level Japanese is expected. Full-time, based in Tokyo (Ginza).
