C'BON, founded in 1966 and headquartered in Roppongi, Minato, Tokyo, develops, manufactures and sells cosmetics. Since opening a factory near Utsunomiya, Tochigi, in 1968, it has researched and produced nearly all of its skin-care products in-house.
Its core sales channel is its own salons: it operated 92 directly run C'BON Facialist Salons and one concept shop as of July 1, 2026. It also sells through variety stores and other retailers, mail order, agencies and OEM, and the group runs C'BON Hair Salon neaf. It had 717 consolidated employees, excluding part-time staff, as of March 31, 2026.
