Curves Holdings runs the Curves women-only fitness clubs, built around a 30-minute circuit that combines strength training, aerobic exercise and stretching. Clubs need no reservation and coaches support members, many of whom are women aged 50 or over. As of May 31, 2026 there were 2,005 Curves clubs in Japan with about 890,000 members.
Curves Japan acts as the domestic franchise headquarters and High Standard operates the group's directly run clubs. Curves International is the global franchisor and Curves Europe is the European franchise headquarters. The group had 735 consolidated employees as of August 31, 2025.
