Daiwabo Information System (DIS) sells personal computers, peripheral equipment and software from many manufacturers only in Japan, reaching users nationwide through about 19,000 dealers. Its iDATEN business-to-business system lets dealers search products, request quotes, place orders and confirm delivery dates, and it also offers communication and mobile services, cloud services and support for the digitalization of education.
Founded in 1982, DIS has head offices in Kita, Osaka and Minato, Tokyo, and 112 sales bases across Japan as of 1 April 2026. Sales for the year to March 2026 were 1,309.9 billion yen, and the DIS Group had 2,540 employees as of 31 March 2026.
