Ichigo's core businesses are Shinchiku (real-estate revitalization), clean energy and asset management. Through Shinchiku it mainly acquires well-located midsize properties, cures legal non-compliance, adds seismic reinforcement and improves occupancy, then upgrades them to extend their economic life. Its asset management business runs Ichigo Office REIT, Ichigo Hotel REIT and Ichigo Green Infrastructure Investment Corporation.
Its subsidiary Ichigo ECO Energy develops solar power plants, wind power plants and grid-scale battery storage across Japan, mainly on idle land. As of the end of February 2026 it had 64 ECO power plants with about 200 MW of capacity. Ichigo is headquartered in Marunouchi, Chiyoda, Tokyo, and is listed on the TSE Prime Market.
