Specialist storage covers artwork, valuables and household goods, while BPO services provide document storage and back-office support. The group also operates port terminals, arranges ocean and air freight, runs land transport across Japan and leases its own real estate, mainly in central Tokyo. As of March 31, 2026, it had 7,654 consolidated employees.
