Mugen Estate buys pre-owned properties in the Tokyo Metropolitan Area, adds value through interior and exterior renovation and lease management, and resells them. Investment properties such as rental condominiums and office buildings go to individual investors and companies, while family condominium units bought one at a time are sold to first-time buyers and people moving home.
The group also runs real-estate development, leasing and construction businesses, and offers small-lot real-estate investment products under the Budo-san name, which pool investor funds for properties selected from across Japan. Founded in 1990, it had 501 consolidated employees as of December 31, 2025.
