Nihon Kohden develops, manufactures, sells and maintains medical electronic equipment. Built on sensor technology that detects faint signals from the body, its physiological measurement range includes electroencephalographs, electrocardiographs, evoked potential and EMG instruments and polygraphs for cath labs. Patient monitors measure vital signs such as ECG, SpO2 and blood pressure in emergency rooms, operating rooms, intensive care and general wards.
Treatment products include hospital and ambulance defibrillators, AEDs and ventilators. The company also supplies clinical and diagnostic information systems and hematology analyzers with reagents, and exports to more than 120 countries and regions.
