T&D Holdings is the holding company of the T&D Insurance Group, established in April 2004 to manage the group's life insurance subsidiaries. Life insurance is the group's core business, carried out by three insurers: Taiyo Life, Daido Life and T&D Financial Life.
The three insurers pursue market specialization strategies, each focusing on different markets, sales channels and products. The group also includes businesses related to life insurance, such as a closed book business, asset management through T&D Asset Management and pet insurance through Pet & Family Insurance.
