Tsurumi Manufacturing builds, sells and rents submersible pumps and other pumps, along with water-treatment and environmental equipment such as aeration and mixing units and sludge dewatering machines. It also provides repairs and after-sales service, and its products are used in agriculture, water and sewerage systems and flood control.
The company has a registered head office in Osaka and a head office in Taito, Tokyo. Its Kyoto plant combines development, testing and production, while the Yonago plant mainly builds large drainage and submersible pumps, liquid-ring vacuum pumps and compressors. Research facilities handle fluid testing, material analysis and sand-mold research.
