WORKMAN operates a chain of specialty retail stores offering workwear, athleisure clothing and work-related products, built on a franchise system. As of March 31, 2026 it had 1,094 stores in all 47 prefectures across four formats: WORKMAN, WORKMAN Pro, WORKMAN Plus and Workman Colors. Franchise stores made up 92% of the network.
Its range covers work clothing, gloves and protective footwear for construction, manufacturing and service workers, outdoor and sports apparel that applies workwear functions, casual everyday wear, and MEDiHEAL recovery wear. Most products are private-brand items developed in-house, and stores also handle pick-up of online orders.
