Support SMB customers in the restaurant industry by helping them use the company’s products, operating user communities, and building ongoing customer relationships. Design and deliver individual account, scalable, and community-based customer-management approaches to improve customer outcomes, retention, CMRR growth, and NPS.
Plan, launch, and operate user communities, including offline and online events, study sessions, and networking events. Identify customer best practices and share them across the customer base. Assess customer issues and product usage, make improvement proposals, provide follow-up to improve retention, and design and operate tech-touch programs using email, webinars, automation initiatives, and community content. Detect churn risks, develop recovery measures, and promote renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Work with support and product teams to resolve customer issues and relay community feedback to the product team.
Requires at least one year of corporate sales or customer-facing experience. SaaS, customer success, community planning and operations, and restaurant-industry experience are preferred. This is a permanent full-time position with a three-month probationary period and is principally office-based in Marunouchi, Chiyoda, Tokyo. A flextime system with core hours applies.
