Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 7 years of technical troubleshooting experience with partners or customers, experience with technical delivery strategy and system debugging, and experience with enterprise integrations, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML model deployments, or system design and orchestration frameworks. Fluent English and Japanese communication are required for client relationship management in the region.
