Cashier
Life Corporation
· Life Nishi-Ogikubo
Runs the checkout at Life Nishi-Ogikubo, with restocking and ordering of supplies and helping customers at the service counter.
About this role
A part-time (arubaito) early-morning role at Central Square Ebisu Garden Place, a Life Corporation supermarket. The shift runs before the store opens, which is the defining feature of the job.
The person unloads the delivery trucks that arrive in the early morning, sorts the goods, and then restocks and arranges the shelves wherever products are running short so the sales floor is ready for opening. The work is physical and involves little or no direct contact with customers.
This store has a live-fish tank, so the deliveries include fresh seafood.
No qualifications are required, and people new to supermarket work are welcome.
