Responsibilities cover preparing estimates, manufacturing, and delivery, as well as production control, product planning, inventory control, schedule management, ordering, and invoice handling.
Coordinate with suppliers and partner factories from quotation through delivery. Work closely with planning teams and designers on production and manufacturing management for merchandise.
Required experience includes producing or manufacturing IP merchandise such as anime or manga goods; approximately three or more years of manufacturing or production experience; managing the full process from estimates through manufacturing and delivery; and negotiating with factories or suppliers, or experience working on the factory or supplier side.
The role is based at the Tokyo head office in Shibuya. Standard hours are 10:00–19:00, including a one-hour break. Remote work is introduced two days per week, Tuesday and Thursday. Final employment may be regular employee or contract employee depending on skills and experience; regular employees have a three-month probation period and contract employees have an initial six-month term.
