The Stage unit is part of the FPD equipment development organization.
Applicants must have practical experience or specialized knowledge related to motion control and must have either practical experience in electrical and electronic circuit design or practical experience developing embedded software using C or C++. Preferred experience includes control design using Matlab/Simulink; designing, implementing, and evaluating feedforward and feedback control algorithms; circuit design including FPGA or FPGA software development; and design experience with semiconductor equipment or industrial machinery.
The position involves working with multiple members for each assigned unit and collaborating with optical, mechanical, and software specialists. The team provides initial basic education, followed by one year of on-the-job practical training. Work is available remotely, with attendance at the workplace required in principle at least three days per week. Flextime is available. Working hours are eight actual hours, with a 45-minute break, and the probationary period is three months. The annual holiday allowance is 128 days, with a five-day workweek. Salary is 6.0 million to 9.3 million yen per year.
