Requirements include experience with ticketing systems, escalation procedures and data center facilities; understanding of maintenance windows and change management; Japanese and English communication skills; Linux/networking certifications (RHCSA, CCNA, or equivalent) and scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.); and a BA/BS in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
