The role starts with understanding customers' management and business challenges and proposing AI/DX-based solutions. Responsibilities include meetings and relationship-building with CxOs and IT/DX leaders, preparing proposals and estimates, conducting sales negotiations, closing contracts, and winning large annual consulting engagements. The position also works with consultant teams to design proposals and combine consulting with JAPAN AI STUDIO and AI agent products.
Applicants need either at least two years of consulting-firm sales experience winning engagements; at least two years selling advisory services to CIOs, IT heads, or DX leaders; or at least three years of corporate sales experience at an IT/DX consulting or SIer company, including enterprise proposal and negotiation experience.
This is a full-time Tokyo-based role generally worked on site. Working from home may be available with manager approval for illness or family care. Hours are 10:00–19:00, with weekends and public holidays off. Annual salary is ¥8,000,000–¥15,000,000. The compensation includes a fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours, with additional overtime paid separately. Salary review and bonuses occur twice a year, and a stock option program is available.
