Design and maintain Agents, Skills, Workflows, and Example Rooms; tune prompts, configurations, and knowledge to preserve and improve agent quality. Monitor operating status, provide initial incident response and escalation, and incorporate customer requests in coordination with Customer Success.
Structure usage data and voice-of-customer feedback, identify friction and opportunities, and share feedback with Product and Engineering. Create Japanese content and reusable use cases, conduct growth experiments and data analysis, and document and standardize operating knowledge. The role does not include coding.
Requirements include strong interest in AI agents, experience creating and improving reusable agents, skills, or AI workflows; operations experience such as content, news-delivery, or CS operations; independently taking content or demos from planning through publication; collaboration across Product, Engineering, Sales, CS, and Marketing; and business-fluent Japanese. The role follows a hybrid arrangement of three office days and two remote-work days per week.
