AI/DX Consultant

This consultant works on a new AI-agent project automating manual food-distribution workflows for manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers. It targets work still reliant on fax, paper and Excel as part of Kurashiru AI OS development. The role pairs software delivery with direct investigation of customer operations. Responsibilities include customer interviews, workflow analysis, solution design using PoC results, full-stack implementation, and operational improvement. Technologies include AI-OCR, unstructured-data pipelines, durable workflows, agent harnesses, guardrails and fine-tuning. The provisional stack is TypeScript (Bun, Hono or Elysia, TanStack Start), AWS, Terraform and Langfuse. Work covers frontend, backend and AI-agent infrastructure, using coding agents. Applicants must have both upstream web-application experience, such as customer discussions, process or workflow design, As-Is/To-Be analysis or fit-gap analysis, and end-to-end development experience from requirements definition through design, implementation, testing and release.
