AI Project Manager / AI Consultant (Senior)

Monstarlab's AI Business Acceleration team helps clients transform their businesses and products using AI and digital technology. As a senior project manager/consultant, you will lead client service, product, and organizational-change projects from initial concept through delivery and results — not simply introducing AI tools or writing proposals. You will work directly on-site with client stakeholders, align expectations among decision-makers and developers, and own the full cycle: requirements definition, implementation, operational integration, and adoption. Using multiple AI agents in parallel for research, requirements, design, implementation, review, and documentation, you will decide what to delegate to AI versus humans and ensure output quality and delivery speed. As a senior member, you are responsible not only for project QCDS (quality, cost, delivery, scope) but also for P&L, balancing client value, team utilization, cost, risk, and schedule. You will also share practical knowledge across the team through member development, standardization, and knowledge sharing. Required: experience leading IT/web/digital product projects from requirements through production release with budget, staffing, and risk responsibility; experience negotiating with clients to turn needs into executable plans; either the ability to design an AI-driven development workflow across multiple AI models, or experience helping organizations adopt AI autonomously through proposals, process redesign, or training; and experience leading cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and business staff.
