Design and implement recommendation engines using rule-based methods, machine learning, and deep learning. Clean, preprocess, validate, and explore large structured and unstructured datasets. Lead behavioral analysis using clustering, define and propose business KPIs with sales, customer-success, and client marketing stakeholders, and translate data insights into strategies.
Continuously improve models and features through validation and error analysis. Manage production-level code repositories with GitHub, including version control and documentation, while considering data privacy and AI ethics. Research and implement deep learning, NLP, LLM, and generative-AI technologies. Lead the ML lifecycle from exploration through implementation, operations, and maintenance; mentor junior members and establish development standards.
Work location is Tokyo or Osaka, selected according to preference, in a hybrid remote and office arrangement; one office day per week is recommended.
