The Lead Engineer joins this early phase to plan and build features with generative AI at the core, taking ownership of issues and working with stakeholders. Because the work covers areas without an established process, engineers are expected to understand customers themselves rather than build only from specifications.
Work includes prototyping and production development of web applications, building and improving search and RAG, building data platforms, operating the SaaS (improvements, refactoring, release, monitoring, inquiries), improving development processes and technical PR. Not every item is expected. The team is about 20 engineers.
