Forward Deployed Engineer

primeNumber, a technology company creating business value with AI and data (supporting 2,500+ companies), is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to embed deeply with customers and get AI solutions working and rooted in their operations. The FDE addresses the "last mile" that keeps AI adoption from producing results: the missing role bridging technology and the field. Responsibilities include (1) identifying field and business problems by working with diverse stakeholders such as lines of business and information-systems departments to define the questions worth solving with AI; (2) rapidly building prototypes using AI coding tools to advance customer decision-making, taking a "let's build it now" stance; and (3) rooting solutions in operations by overcoming constraints around security, integration with existing systems, operational structures and user literacy to move prototypes into production.
