Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience; five years troubleshooting partner or customer technical issues; five years of system design or programming-language experience; and fluent Japanese and English. Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees, ten years of relevant experience, automotive technical consulting, Maps experience, enterprise stakeholder collaboration, cross-time-zone work, and fluent Chinese.
