The position is a permanent full-time role. Working hours are 9:00 to 17:45 with a 45-minute break, under a flextime system without core hours and with a standard working time of eight hours per day. Work is performed through a hybrid combination of working from home and working at an office, depending on the work. The expected locations are the Mazda R&D Center Tokyo in Minato-ku, Tokyo, or Mazda’s headquarters in Fuchu-cho, Hiroshima. Future transfers to domestic or overseas business locations may be possible.
