This role leads HR digital-transformation (DX) initiatives across the CyberAgent Group, spanning three areas: (1) Systemizing and optimizing HR operations — introducing and operating payroll and attendance-management systems, visualizing workflows through on-site interviews, and proposing process improvements. (2) Participating in large-scale projects run jointly with the information systems division, including requirements definition and PM support for an HR/payroll system overhaul, and coordinating change management during system rollouts. (3) Working with executives and HR to design personnel systems and leverage HR data — supporting reporting and analysis using HR data, and contributing to organizational strategy and workstyle reform. Required: experience in project management (PM) or product management (PdM), or equivalent hands-on leadership; the ability to identify and resolve issues autonomously; and strong communication skills to coordinate and translate between management, HR, and IT stakeholders. Preferred: experience in HR operations (labor affairs, recruiting, personnel systems) or HR-system projects, practical knowledge of personnel systems and labor administration, and qualifications such as certified social insurance labor consultant or career consultant. Full-time position based at the Shibuya Scramble Square office in Tokyo, with remote work available two days per week.
