Guide customers on cloud usage using visibility, usage statistics, and KPIs; validate recommendations and track success. Collaborate with sales to identify and close opportunities, pitch solutions, and facilitate workshops that identify and prioritize new ideas. Create and execute product plans, customer journeys, and go-to-market strategies with clear KPIs. Conduct user research and persona-based interviews, use design-thinking tools and workflow mapping, and help customers reframe complex challenges.
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 10 years of consulting experience involving stakeholders and customer technical implementations or transformation programs, and experience delivering cloud adoption or digital innovation programs for enterprise companies. Requires fluent English and Japanese communication. Preferred experience includes Cloud or SaaS products and technologies, cloud business cases and TCO analysis, data analysis, design thinking, product management or consulting, and communication with business and technology audiences.
