Required: director/planner development experience on large projects, deep game-playing experience (broad plus at least one game played intensively), game analyst/analysis experience, and 1+ year on a single project. Welcome: game analysis/design experience and strength with numbers and parameter design. Discretionary work system; annual salary about 4.5 to 8 million yen. Business-level Japanese is expected. Full-time, based in Tokyo (Shibuya).
