Mujin, a global leader in industrial automation, is hiring a Senior Build Systems Engineer for its small DevOps team. The engineer plays a key role in building and optimizing large-scale C/C++ build systems and the continuous integration infrastructure that supports the workflow of the MujinOS robotics software.
The engineer designs and implements a modern, optimized build system that follows best practices, writes technical proposals, manages and improves the CI infrastructure and keeps code quality up through code review.
Applicants need an understanding of C/C++ compilation and build tools such as CMake, experience integrating and operating build systems in CI/CD pipelines, proficiency in Python or Go for internal tools, working knowledge of Bash and Linux administration (Debian preferred), experience with containers such as Docker and Kubernetes, proficiency with Git workflows and experience planning and carrying out infrastructure projects or system migrations. Experience with Bazel or similar build tools is preferred.
