The position belongs to the OpeRE team, an Operational SRE team currently consisting of two members. The broader engineering organization has more than 50 members. Because OpeRE is newly established, the role includes contributing to team building.
Tools and technologies include TypeScript, Python and Go for tool development; Argo CD and Argo Workflows for deployment and batch execution; GitLab and GitHub for version management; Slack, Confluence, Jira and Zoom for communication; Figma for design; and AWS, DataDog and Terraform for infrastructure. Code review and testing are required. Depending on the team, the role may also involve developing management interfaces with TypeScript and Next.js.
The position is generally fully remote. Optional office activities are available for交流, and the initial work location is in Ichibancho, Chiyoda, Tokyo, with telework available from an employee’s home or an equivalent location.
