ADR Biomedical Holdings oversees a group developing cell therapies that use adipose-derived regenerative cells (ADRCs) prepared from a patient's own fat tissue. Its Celution centrifuge processes the tissue, and the group develops and sells cell-therapy medical devices and disposable kits through subsidiaries including ADR Therapeutics.
The Celution Cell Therapy Kit SUI for male stress urinary incontinence received Japanese marketing approval in February 2022, and in October 2026 the company announced its approval for insurance coverage. The pipeline also covers liver cirrhosis and an adhesion barrier after rectal cancer surgery, and domestic production of the centrifuge and kits has been established.
