Its leasing business recruits tenants and manages the properties on owners' behalf, including lease management that takes on fluctuation risks.
The development business handles investment condominiums, healthcare and logistics facilities and the resale of renovated properties, and has begun a purchase, renovation and resale business in the United States. Group companies also run care and nursery schools, supply LP gas to apartments and generate biomass power. Headquartered in Konan, Minato, Tokyo, it had 19,326 consolidated employees as of 31 March 2026.
