Iida Group Holdings is the holding company for six home builders: Hajime Construction, Iida Sangyo, Toei Housing, Tact Home, Arnest One and ID Home. Its core business is built-for-sale detached housing, including residential land, alongside condominium sales and contract work such as custom homes, renovation and optional construction.
Some group companies also develop investment properties, lease real estate or run hotels, and the First Wood and RFP groups manufacture lumber. From April to June 2026 the group delivered 9,004 built-for-sale detached homes. It is based in Musashino, Tokyo, and had 14,217 consolidated employees as of March 31, 2026.
