H2O Retailing, based in Kita, Osaka, heads a group of retail businesses including department stores, supermarkets, shopping centers and specialty stores, mainly in the Kansai region. As of June 30, 2023, Hankyu Hanshin Department Stores operated 15 stores, among them the Hankyu Umeda and Hanshin Umeda main stores; Hankyu stores also operate in the Kanto and Kyushu regions.
