HeartCore Enterprises is a Tokyo-based consulting and software-services group. Its Go IPO service helps private Japanese companies prepare for listings on Nasdaq, the New York Stock Exchange or NYSE American, including internal-control documentation, U.S. GAAP conversion, filing support, translation and introductions to professional advisers. It receives cash consulting fees and warrants or stock-acquisition rights.
The group also earns hourly and project-based fees from custom software development, integration and support. In October 2025, it sold HeartCore Co., Ltd., the subsidiary that owned its Japanese CMS and digital-transformation business, and shifted its focus toward Go IPO consulting.
