Key Coffee, which began business in 1920, runs a coffee business that spans overseas plantations, production and sales. For home use it sells vacuum-packed and Live Pack coffees, DRIP ON single-cup filters, JET BREW coffee, bulk flexible packs, instant coffee and mixes, and the KEY Crystal Dripper and coffee server.
For coffee shops and restaurants it supplies single-origin and blended coffees, Toarco Toraja coffee, The Estate whole-leaf teas and Clé d’argent foods designed to go with coffee. It has factories in Sendai, Funabashi, Kasugai and Tosu and 51 sales offices, and its affiliates include Italian Tomato, Inoda Coffee and Ginza Renoir. It had 1,019 consolidated employees as of March 31, 2026.
