Its core business brokers and sells single-family homes and land in urban areas, with sales centers mainly in Tokyo's 23 wards, the wider Tokyo area, Nagoya and Fukuoka. Open House Development buys land and plans, builds and sells homes, both built-for-sale and built-to-order.
The group also develops and sells condominiums, and Pressance sells investment and family condominiums mainly in the Kinki and Tokai regions. Its U.S. business selects American properties for Japanese investors and handles the process from purchase to renovation.
