PowerX is a Japanese energy technology company that develops and manufactures battery energy storage systems. Its Mega Power and PowerX Cube products serve grid-scale projects, renewable-energy sites, factories and commercial facilities, while Hypercharger systems and charging services support automakers, dealers, businesses and EV drivers.
The company earns revenue from storage-system and EV-charger sales, electricity supply, public charging, and battery-facility operation services. It designs hardware and control software and manufactures storage systems in Japan. PowerX has also introduced battery-integrated modular data-center products, with mass production targeted from 2027.
