It reports four main lines of business: Workplace Services (IT services, process automation and workplace experience), Digital Products (office printing), Graphic Communications (commercial and industrial printing) and Industrial Solutions (thermal media and industrial products). Other businesses include digital and 360-degree cameras.
Ricoh was established in 1936. In the year ended March 31, 2026 it reported consolidated sales of 2,608.3 billion yen, about 1,051.6 billion yen of it in Japan, and at March 31, 2026 it had 75,635 employees on a consolidated basis. It serves customers in roughly 200 countries and regions.
